hth官方下载入口安卓是由深圳市人民政府、北京理工大学和莫斯科国立罗蒙诺索夫大学（简称“莫斯科大学”）三方合作设立的，具有独立法人资格的公办性质的中外合作大学。
Shenzhen MSU-BIT University (SMBU) is a non-profit Chinese-foreign cooperative university with an independent legal entity status, jointly founded by the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) .

2.申请资格Qualification
（1）申请者必须为非中国籍高中毕业生，年龄在18至25岁之间，持有有效外国护照，身心健康。未满18岁的申请者需提交经海牙认证后的《未成年人监护委托书》。
Applicants must be high school graduates, non-Chinese citizens, aged between 18 and 25years old, hold a valid foreign passport, and be in good physical and mental health. Applicants under 18 years old must submit a notarized and apostilled 'Guardianship Authorization Letter for Minors'.
（2）申请者需符合教育部教外函【2020】12号文件规定。
The applicants must meet the requirements stipulated in Document JW [2020] No. 12 issued by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
申请者须持有有效外国护照或国籍证明4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度4月30日）内在外国实际居住满2年（每年实际居留满9个月可计1年），原中国公民移民外国者及出生时即获外国国籍者均须满足上述要求。（具体细则以文件原文为准）
Applicants must have held a valid foreign passport or certificate of nationality for at least 4 years and have actually resided in a foreign country for at least 2 years in the last 4 years (as of April 30th of the year of enrollment) (actual residence of at least 9 months per year can be counted as 1 year), and the above requirements must be met by those who have immigrated to a foreign country originally from China and those who have acquired a foreign nationality at birth. (Details are based on the original document)

The applicants must comply with the laws and regulations of China and the regulations of SMBU.

Scanned color copy of the high school graduation certificate and transcript in PDF format.
(4) 护照照片，JPEG格式，30mm*40mm，200px*280px，不超过30kb
Passport photo in JPEG, 30mm*40mm, 200px*280px, no more than 30kb
(5) 单学籍专业需提交个人简历
For SMBU Single Degree programs it is required to provide a personal CV
(6) 国际经济与贸易、金融科技及汉语言专业的申请者，若提交IELTS>=6.5或TOEFL>=80的相关证明，可免试英语，英语成绩按卷面满分80%计算；电子与计算机工程专业的申请者，中文水平需达到汉语水平考试（简称HSK）四级并提交相关证书。
English Language Requirements for SMBU Diploma Programs (Applicants with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above or a TOEFL score of 80 or above may be exempt from the English proficiency examination, and their English scores will be calculated on the basis of 80% of the full marks of the paper;). Applicants for the Electrical and Computer Engineering program are required to have HSK Level 4 Chinese language proficiency and submit a certificate.
(7) 除上述申请材料外，申请人须根据我校的要求，按时提交其他补充材料。
In addition to the application materials detailed above, applicants should submit other supplementary materials required by SMBU before the deadline.

Entrance examinations are scheduled to take place from July 11th to July 25th 2025. The detailed timetable will be published at http://smbu.msu.ru/ after June 1st 2025.
7. 入学Enrollment
满足所有必要条件，包括提交必要文件和支付第一年学费后，候选人将被hth官方下载入口安卓录取。
Candidates will be enrolled to SMBU upon fulfillment of all necessary conditions, including submitting necessary documents and paying tuition fee for the first year of studies to SMBU.

*学校设立相应最高可覆盖100%学费的奖学金，奖学金为竞争性质，需通过相应评审和选拔流程，才有机会获得。奖学金可以平均覆盖50%的学费。
*The University has established corresponding scholarships that cover up to 100% of tuition, which are competitive and subject to the appropriate evaluation and selection process. Scholarships may cover an average of 50% of tuition fees.
