     深北莫以服务国家外交战略为目标，发挥学校特色优势，在重点国家、地区提前布局，有组织、有计划地开展务实有效的交流与合作，与莫斯科大学、圣彼得堡列宾美院、鲍曼技术大学、塞浦路斯大学、拜罗伊特大学、欧亚大学、OZON Globa 公司等高校和机构签署了 50 项合作协议，合作国家达 13个。同时学校加入了欧亚大学协会，以实际行动落实国家“一带一路” 倡议，推进与沿线国家和地区高校合作。
